Stefan Mullings Sr. is the founder, CEO, and president of Pretty Boy Music Entertainment. A multifaceted entrepreneur, he is also a songwriter, recording artist, and fashion designer. Academically accomplished, he holds four college degrees, including a Master's in Business Management and Leadership.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in Portmore, St. Catherine, Mr. Mullings later migrated to Flatbush Brooklyn, New York, in 2000. He continued his education at Prospect Heights High School, John Jay College, and the CUNY School of Professional Studies, earning degrees in business and criminal justice with a minor in economics. His musical inspirations range from hip-hop legends like Notorious B.I.G. 2Pac Shakur and Busta Rhymes to reggae icons such as Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff and Bounty Killer, and he also draws inspiration from global events.
